Software thatearns its place.

New products, connected systems, and AI built around how your business works. When the software is already there, we make it better — then stay to keep it moving.

Most software problems are not technology problems. They are clarity problems.

A business owner needs a site that explains the work and takes bookings. A founder needs an agent that survives contact with real customers. Both need someone who can define the outcome, choose the smallest sensible system, and ship it without a six-month fog.

Lumior.Tech is an independent studio led by Sandeep Kommineni. We scope in plain language, build in reviewed increments, and hand over a system your team can operate. The work is public where it can be; the claims are labelled where it cannot.

Two ways in. One standard.

Whether you run a business or a product team, the first conversation is about the outcome. The technology follows.

For the business that needs to show up.

A website, storefront, booking flow, or internal system that removes manual work and makes the business legible online.

For the team building with AI.

01.3ProcessFixed discovery first

You can watch the work happen.

Seven phases in detail, four here. Every engagement starts with a small fixed discovery: scope, risks, and a plan you keep either way.

The full process
  1. 01

    Discover

Goals, constraints, users, and what “done” means — fixed before estimating.

    1–2 weeks
  2. 02

    Design & plan

Architecture, milestones, and risks, documented where you can inspect them.

    3–5 days
  3. 03

    Build & prove

Small reviewed increments, demoed as we go; QA before anything ships.

    Per milestone
  4. 04

    Launch & operate

Deployment, monitoring, handover, and a clear path for support.

    Release window

No black boxes. Demos each cycle, tests growing with the code, and handover documentation at launch. The plan is yours even if you build elsewhere.

not vouched.

No client logos, awards, or metrics we cannot source. Each reference below states what the product does and Lumior’s documented role — nothing more.

01.5Client pathwaysBefore you write

Which one is you?

A short filter. If one of these is close, the discovery will find the rest.

You have a clear outcome but not the team to build it. Fixed discovery → build → launch → care.

Your current site or product no longer reflects the business. Rebuild or replatform without losing what works.

You need AI in a workflow, not a demo. Evaluate, integrate, monitor, and hand over a real system.

A build is stuck, fragile, or inherited. Stabilize first, then document and improve.

01.6Buying questionsStraight answers

Before the first call.

The questions that decide whether a project starts well. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

What does a project cost?

There is no public price list because scope changes the number. The first step is a small fixed discovery: you get a written scope, risks, and a plan you keep either way. A build is then quoted against that plan, not against a guess.

Can you work with a non-technical team?

Yes. Most engagements start with an owner or operator who knows the outcome but not the stack. We translate decisions into plain language, keep the plan visible, and hand over documentation your team can actually use.

Do you use AI to build the work?

We use modern tools, including AI-assisted development, but every change is reviewed, typed, and tested. “AI-generated” is not a quality claim. You get code your team can operate and a repository you own.

What happens after launch?

You can take the handover and run it yourself, ask for a defined maintenance plan, or keep an engineering partnership. Monitoring and documentation are part of the launch so the system is not dependent on us.

Can you fix something that is already built?

Yes. Rescue work starts with a diagnostic: reproduce the failures, map the system, and stabilize before adding features. You get findings and a prioritized plan, not an open-ended retainer.
